With all of the other activities and Eagle Scout projects occupying all of the weekends of last month and this month, the Patrol Leader's Council has decided to drop the beach campout from the October calendar.

Hello, scouts and parents, We are quickly approaching the last weekend of the Boy Scout Popcorn Campaign! Our last group "Show 'n Sell" will take place this weekend at: WHERE: Von's Grocery Store 1666 Rosecrans St (between Keats St & Nimitz Blvd) San Diego, CA 92106 (619) 223-7126 This is a brand new Von's, located at the site of the old military base -- it is on the left as you drive toward the Point Loma Lighthouse. WHEN: Saturday, October 25th TIME: 10:00am until 2:00pm Please contact me via e-mail or telephone if you would like to join us!! Please drop your scout off at the entrance to the store in his Class A uniform. There will be a sign-in/sign-out sheet and scouts will earn $$$ for their scout accounts relative to the amount of time they are "on duty" selling popcorn.
