I need the following items from scouts attending the Sierra Trek 08 backpack:
1. Check for 289 Dollars to “Boy Scout Troop 11”. Will not be handed over to troop treasurer until 7/20 so will not be drawn from your account until sometime past that date. I would really appreciate it if you could get these checks to me ASAP. Tuesday would be great. Would allow me to focus on boys instead of “stuff”.
2. Parent Permission Form: This is a San Diego-Imperial Council Form. Main value of this form is we learn how to contact you, you see money amounts, trip dates.
3. Activity Consent Form: The usual legal fine print for an organization and an activity. Note that your boy (Participant’s signature) also needs to sign this one.
4. Completed Class 3 Medical Form: For most of you, this will be same form you have already had completed for
If anyone is unable to print out these forms, please let me know. I will try to always have paper copies with me at meetings, etc.
If any parent would like a copy of the numerous menus, itineraries, leader training, etc. forms we have turned in to get a trip permit, just let me know! I will also try to get out some brief “parent newsletter” one of these days to keep you all up to date on planning details.
